So why don't I want to quit?

| I know I should leave this gaming group. That's not the
question. They're using Palladium Fantasy, the worst RPG system ever
devised (other than possibly World of Synnibar, which no one ever played
anyway), the plot is boring and awful and confined to a single boring
awful city, none of the other players seem to even know HOW to attempt to
stay in character (but still get three times as many 'in character' XP as
I do, apparently for making Monty Python jokes), they and the game master
constantly mock me to my face, badmouth former players AND loudly espouse
repellant philosophies, and it's a 45 minute drive to the guy's house
where they play (and I endure abuse). So why don't I want to quit? |
