and the Oriental Studies Faculties (Japanese) of the Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University in Almaty (former capital of Qazaqstan (Kazakstan)) and
also I made study of criminal law of Japan in The Law Faculty of The Hitotsubashi National University of Japan in Tokyo on Monbusho's international scholarship.
I worked in pref.Aomori (Japan) as Coordinator for International Relationship of PR & Liaison Division of AWAGOC.
