| Q. What is GMAD? A. ABOUT GMAD The philosophy of Girls Make a Difference is that girls can and do make a difference - to themselves, fellow girls and the world. Girls can accomplish anything they put their minds to. GMAD encourages girls to express themselves through writing and art. At the core of GMAD is a 10-session workshop that builds self-esteem and encourages pre-teen and early teenage girls to believe in themselves and take action to make a difference to the world around them. |
