Keegan on Ally McBeal	Keegan de Lancie, real life son of John de Lancie, played a role perfect for him - Q's son, in the episode "Q2" on Star Trek Voyager. This was the first time I saw him act, and I was impressed. A teenager myself, I enjoyed the way he portrayed his character, a combination of unruly, rebellious teenager and omnipotent entity. Keegan has had a lot of acting experience, including TV - small parts, such as on Ally McBeal, and on stage. He has done standup comedy preceding his father's Alien Voices performances and in school productions. And Keegan has performed in a lot of opera, even appearing with Placido Domingo and the Los Angeles Opera. Keegan is John's eldest, at sixteen, and explains that he likes acting "because it's fun," and does not plan to pursue acting as a career. Instead, Keegan currently plans on becoming a diplomat in the Foreign Service. Cool choice, Keegan!

January 2, 2002 - Happy New Year to all! As we commence the new year, we all look forward to a future of hope, courage, and victory in the pursuit of freedom and peace through out the world.
