Quezon Provincial High School (QPHS), currently known as Quezon National High School (QNHS), is located at Barangay Iyam, Tagarao Avenue in Lucena City, Quezon Province, Philippines. It is through the initiative of former Assemblyman Cesar Villariba that Republic Act no. 458 of June 10, 1983 converted Quezon Provincial High School into a national high school to be known as the Quezon National Comprehensive High School.
