I first fell in love with Quakers in July of 2001 when I read in article in Bird Talk about Quakers.I had wanted a parrot for some time but hadnt decided what intill then.I started reading books and looking at websites about them.Then about 4 months later in November of that year I joined the Quaker Parrot mailing list.I got alot of needed information from them.Then on Christmas day I was surprised by recieving a little quaker parrot.He was 3 months old and already knew how to step-up.Today 4 months later my Quaker Monet is talking and learning tricks and he has found a big place in my heart forever.
