Funniest Nitpicks:
* Max's 'Barcode' in Fuhgeddaboudit. When Max alias Dorothy and Mia are in the toilet of the club Max turns around to put her lip gloss on in the mirror, the camera is behind Max's head and when she turns around you can see Jessica Alba's tattoo (Ladybug on a leaf) on her left hand shoulder horribly concealed under some cheap ass make-up.
* Michael's obvious attraction to Jess during the mirror scene in the Pilot. He was a *ahem* little bit excited to be in such close proximity.
* The little yellow man that pushes Jess off the side of the silo during Meow. When Max cascades down the side of the silo then jumps off of it to knock those 2 guards in the head you can clearly see Jess's helping hand push her then run off into the shadows and away from the camera. Unfortunatly for him that little yellow vest he is wearing in the dark makes him stick out like a thumbtack (This isnt visible in the American DVD's)
* The DA prop cup in Haven. It's obvious the wars that go on for props in Fox Studios, during the scene where whatshisface is drinking out of a cup he tilts the cup up to his mouth and you guessed it, written under it in big blue nikko is: D.A.
* The retarded subtitle person during Designate This. When renfro is on the phone speaking in french there is subtitles at the bottom of the screen, when she says "Manticore" on the subtitles it is misspelled and actually says "Manitcore". This also happened with the Australian S1 DVD's, on the inside cover. Also on the Pilot episode originally aired on TV they have spelt Geneva Locke's name wrong in the ending credits.
* Jess's 'Im not strippin for no-one' promise in Meow. After Max has sex with Rafer she is seen sitting in bed with him, she looks over then gets up, she is supposidly naked underneath the sheets but when she gets up you can see her bra strap poking out, this just proves that Jess has kept her promise of never taking off her clothes for anyone. :) - We'll exclude 'that' scence in the Sleeping Dictionary k? IT WASN'T HER DAMMIT!
* Those pesky little birds during ...and Jesus brought a casserole. In the scene where Max has been shot and she's doing her little "I have something to tell you" speech while Logan is talking you can just hear a bird in the background where their voice's have been dubbed in. (This scene was filmed around 5am so the sun was coming up, in actual fact they have to put black tarps around where they where filming to keep the sun out of the shot; you can see sun streaming through accidentally in some shots)
* Not really a nitpick but it's funny all the same. During Meow at the end when Zack walks in on Max and Logan kissing he says "Guess I caught you at a bad time, You wanna go save Tinga or some something more urgent come up? ^^^^" After he says that Max glances down at Logan crutch looking extremely guilty, I dunno if they made it that way or if it was pure coincidence.n Funny none the less.

Season 1

Pilot:
* When O.C. reaches for the cookies she takes the one that is the farthest from her, close up on O.C. and she takes the closest one.
*When Eyes Only comes on the air for the first time you can see someone on a blue jacket with white stripes and a white cap between Natalie and O.C. jumping on the one couch, shot changes – the guy is nowhere to be seen and the couch is empty.
* When Max finds Kendra using her bike as a clothes line, she starts throwing all the underwear everywhere, when Walter walks in there is still one garment left on the right handlebars but in the next scence the offending undies are no-where in sight.
* When Logan comes to Jam Pony to ask about Max Normal had his earphone on his left side, when Logan pays him the earphone is nowhere to be seen, shot changes again and the earphone is back where it should be.
* When Logan comes looking for Max in Crash and she presents O.C. to him and all that O.C. looks at her watch and say "Xena is on" and leaves... well U can totally see that that's an add on after they taped! her lips don't move at all she just looks at the watch and walks away!
* When Max starts talking to Sonrisa his hand is on his chin, shot changes and his hand is not even touching his face.
* On the same scene when Max says "reasonable solution" Sonrisa's hand is over his mouth, shot changes and his hand is down. When Sonrisa says 'make the call' his hand is down, shot changes and his hand is over his mouth again.
* When Sonrisa turns off the conference call the phone buttons are at his direction, shot changes and now the phone buttons are pointing at Max.
* When Sornisa reaches for the money the two money piles have a distance between them, close up on the money and they are neatly together with no space in between.
* At the motel Bruno sits on the bed and puts his hand right behind the bag with the money, then after a second his hand is in front of the bag.
* Max throws the gun next to Bruno and gets up, shot changes and she gets up again.
* According to the computer file on Logan's computer Bruno was born 1990 making him 29 (2019) but than at the end of the Pilot the news reporter states that Bruno is 32.
* Following Max's little inner monologue she goes up to the sector cop on her bike and shows him her sector pass to get through the checkpoint; since when where the sector police that hot and why was she so nice to him?!
* Jam Pony is completly different to what it is in future episodes. The dispatch area is missing the stairs that should be on the left hand side and Max's lockers seems to move it's position very frequently.
* During Max's speed-dial trick, when the barmen dialed the number wouldn't we have heard the phone ring seems how it was on hands-free?
* Michael Weatherly must have been hrm affected none the less due to his close proximity to Jessica in the mirror scene, it's kinda obvious.
* When Max does her little dramatic lets-jump-off-a-30-storey-building thing to get to Logans building. After she un-clipped the rope off her harness in mid air, wouldn't the rope swing back down and be left to dangle on the side of the other building? Not to mention the clip which was still attached smashing through someone else's window on the other side?
* When Max goes into the guestroom where Lauren and Sophie are, Lauren just automatically thinks Max is a threat and throws the light at her. For all Lauren know's it might have been Logan's sister or a hooker; no need for her to get so violent when its not even her house.
* After Max break's into Logan's she goes home and has a seizure, which always acompany flashbacks. During this particular flashback she see's Jack drop to the floor trembling, while he is laying there twitching you can see that he has a knee brace on (obviously to protect the actor while falling; wuss) but when the guards drag him away there is no knee brace in sight.
* When Max alias Natalie throws Lydia off the side of the building and holds her there by her ankle in one of the shots you can see the safety line attatched to her boot in the top left hand corner of the screen.
* In the original Pilot aired on Australian Television, in the ending credits they spelt Geneva Locke's (Young Max) name wrong.
* There is NO WAY that Max could have fit into that red dress that diabetic half-a-heifer was wearing it.
* When Bruno shot Max and she fell into the pool presumed dead. He is a complete moron if he walked away thinking she was dead when there was no blood and he thought there was a 20cm hole in her chest.
* When Max saves Sophie and she carries her out past Lydecker. While they are walking up the stairs Sophie is in a serious coughing fit.
* When Max does a wheelie she is changing gears while the bike is on one wheel. I ride motorbikes...na ah not possible my friend.
* Max ties Bruno up with the phone cable then says: "Plus its much classier than blowing your brains out". Max doesn't ever touch a gun, she hates them so why would she imply that she would?

Heat
* When Eric hugs Max he puts his right hand on her hair, close up on Eric and his left hand is on her hair, shot changes it's the right hand.
* At Jam Pony Max is wearing one outfit, then you see her riding over to Logan's house with a different outfit and black shoes, when she gets to Logan's house she's back in her Jam Pony outfit and black-white shoes.
* When Max gives Eric her pager she walks over to the ledge with her back in her hand, shot changes and the back is on her shoulders.

Flushed
* In Jail when Max and Brik sit on the floor brik is holding his coat, close up on Max and you can't see his hand on the coat.
* Max is holding the jar of milk very close to her mouth, shot changes and the jar is nowhere to be seen, shot changes again and the jar is back and very close to her mouth again.
* Running from the police car to the wall, both Max's hands are free but then when she says goodbye to Brik the Jam Pony cap is in her right hand.

C.R.E.A.M
* When Max is looking through the pictures there is a long one sticking out to Max's left, shot changes to Max and the picture is now sticking out the other side. Close up on Max and you can see the long picture somewhere in the middle of the pile. Shot changes and the picture is now in the bottom of the pile.
* Logan gives Sung the beer bottles with both hands, shot changes and one hand is on the wheelchair.
* When Sketchy makes his jump he turns the bike's handle bars right but on the bottom shot it's turning left.
* Considering the files at the police place are organized alphabetically they are a little messy. Top of the list you can see HE, HI, then HE again. And in the HI names you can see HIG, HIL then HID…
* When Max jumps on the guard you can't see her hands. Shot changes and her hands are now on the guard's shoulders.
* When the dealer gives Max and O.C. there winnings in the roulette table you can see Max's fingers, shot changes and she's only leaning on the table with one hand and her fingers are towards the outside of the table.
* Close up on Max in the final game she's holding her cards in her right hand – close up on the cards and they are in her left hand.

411 on the DL
* If you take a close look at Max's watch when she checks for the time you will notice that the date says Tuesday 11-14, 9:02pm. That is also the date and time this episode premiered also, in the year 2019 11-14 will actually fall on a Saturday rather then a Tuesday.

Blah Blah Woof Woof
* Who cleaned Logan's window? When Max Logan & Zack are driving to Logan's cabin you can see that in a split second the window goes from totally dirty to so clean that you can see the trees reflection on it.
* When Logan is in need of a transfusion, he says that his blood type, AB negative is extremely rare and that they just gave him the last 2 units of AB blood. Although AB is the rarest blood type, it is also the universal acceptor meaning that Logan could receive a donation of ANY blood type without a problem as long as it's a negative.

Red
* When Max brings Bruno, blindfolded, back to Logan's penthouse, Watch Logan carefully throughout the whole scene. At one point, we see him with his arms crossed over his chest, then in the next shot, his arms are back down in his lap or resting on the wheels of his chair. The next shot of him, we see Logan lift his arms and cross them. When did he uncross his arms?

Art Attack
* when Logan shoots the guy in the morgue so it'll look like the guy has been shot in the head he cleans the gun so there would be no finger prints but then when he plants the gun in the guys pocket he doesn't use gloves or anything so his prints ARE on the gun....
* When Max come's out of the Jam Pony change room wearing her magnificent red dress why is there steam coming out of the change rooms?! Its not like she had a shower at Jam Pony, this may have added to the slow motion walk affect but it's still stupid.

Rising
* In the end of the episode when Max takes Logan for a ride on her bike you see Logan shifting with a close up on his leg. Only thing is this is not HIS leg it's Max's and it's not even a shot from that episode. This shot was used first in HEAT and then re-used for this episode.
* When Max jumps through the window to save O.C., when she lands you can see stuff floating around like glitter around Max's head, what the hell is that!? They must have used fake glass which left a residue in the air
* After Max jumps through the window and does her kick ass "How do I look in red" thing, the blood coming out of her eyes is splattered everywhere but in the next scene when she stands up from the crouch the blood is thicker and in a different place. The blood gets thicker and thinner throughout the scence and dribbles that where there suddenly dissapear.
* They said that the implant is put just under the skull and the Red series all put it there but when Max puts her implant in she places it right under her barcode, err last time I checked that was called your neck so the implant couldnt have re-wired her nervous system like its sposed to.

Female Trouble
* Logan lives in the penthouse, which is the apartment on the top floor, so why would there be a woman (Mrs. Moreno) living above him?
* When Logan comes out of the Doctor's clinic, Max calls him on his mobile, Logan falls and U see the mobile with no battery but is keeps ringing...
* On the top of the space needle Max toasts "happy anniversary" for the 10th year of their escape from Manticore and names Brin too... only thing is Brin is back at manticore so happy anniversary is not exactly appropriate for her...

Haven
* Max's amount of milk in the glass keeps changing from a full cap to half, full again empty glass and so on several of times.
* When one cup of coffee is raised you can see the letter's D.A. written clearly underneath it.
* When Max is having a really bad seizure after chopping wood she runs into her room and accidentally spills her trypotophan all over the floor while fumbling to get some pills out. Sage comes in and starts picking up the pills for her, in one shot there are a shitload of pills on his right hand side but in the next shot when he is sitting back there are no pills on that side and the amount has decreased enourmously.

I and I am a camera
* Phil leaves a photo of Max with big black writing in the back on Max's bike but when Max shows them to O.C. back home she's got two photos and nether has a writing on the back!
* At the end of the episode we see Max & Logan sitting and talking about Logan giving up the money and all that... he then fills his glass and Max's with red wine to celebrate the financial ruin... Max drinks a little and gets up to leave.. when she does the glasses are empty and clean of wine...
* by what Phil said when dangerous criminals like sex offenders got out of prison their address was published to alert the neighbors. According to the police file on Snuffy he was in for carrying a forged sector pass... now how is carrying a forged sector pass dangerous so they have to alert the neighbors and published in the newspaper?

Meow
* When Max goes up to the sector checkpoint just before she fucks Rafers brains out she drives the bike up and stops, shot changes and she stops the bike again.
* There is a man in a yellow vest that pushes Jessica Alba off the side of the silo, after he has done his task he quickly tries to run out of the camera's way but he's obviously a bit fat because he takes his sweet time doing it.

...and Jesus Brought a Casserole
* When Zack shoots himself in the head there's no Exit wound and no blood anywhere. If he really did shoot himself at such close range with such a powerful weapon then Max would have been covered in body parts.
* When Zack kneels down next to Max and says "Fight them Maxie...promise me you'll fight them" the camera changes from Max to Zack and backwards and forwards many time's, everytime you see Zack there is no cover over Max's chest (you can see lots of blood) but when the shot goes back to Max there is a blue surgical sheet over her chest everytime.

Season 2

Designate this
* When Lydecker shoots Logan, Logan holds his ark and says 'you shot me!' then we see Logan and his shirt (more specifically his sleeve...) is spotless... then we see Deck and then Logan again with a torn sleeve.
* when Max shows up in Logan's apartment Logan has a band aid on his arm where he got shot but it's much higher then where the bullet hit him…
* When Renfro is on the phone talking in French you see subtitles in English. Only instead of spelling Manticore you can see it's miss-spelled and actually says Manitcore

Bag 'Em
* on the last scene right after Bugler plays the trumpet and everyone is saluting u can see Alec Saluting as well.. then he puts his hands down. the frame shifts into Max hugging Fixit but right before that.. u can see Alec with his hands in his pockets...

Proof of Purchase
* When Max tastes Logan's sauce and puts the wood spoon back in the sauce pan you can clearly see something black in the sauce (black olives maybe??) but then when she takes it all and spills it in the sink there is no trace on this black 'things' that were so obvious before.
* While Alec is in the cage White walks away. Alec gets up and you can see his hand on the cage bars. Shot changes and only then you see him raising his hand to touch the cage.

Radar Love
* When Joshua meets O.C. for the first time O.C. is wearing a red-orange robe and purple underwear. When she sees Josh she closes the robe. We see a close up on O.C. with the robe closed well. Shot changes and the robe is a little open and you can see her purple top. Shot changes again the robe is closed again. Shot changes to her and Joshua handshaking and the robe is a little open again… and so on several times.
* When O.C. Max & Joshua are eating breakfast you see O.C. reaching for the tea pot with both hands. Shot changes and only her right hand is reaching for the tea pot and then she raises her left hand…
* When a guest is checking in in the Chinese motel you can see he has 2 suitcases. He's holding a silver suitcase in his left hand and a light brown suitcase in the right hand. Shot changes and the silver suitcase is not in the right hand and brown in the left hand. (this is a 'don't blink' nitpick…)
* The guy who is making the antogen to kill all the transgenics is the same actor from the Pilot who delivered Theo's ashes.

Boo
* When Max & O.C. are waiting for the light to change on the wide shot Max has both Hands in her Jacket pocket but on a close up only one hand is in the pocket.
* In the restaurant Normal is holding a newspaper in his hand. After he sneezes watch as the newspaper moves from his hand to under his armpit to his hand again.
* Sally's face on his 'head' was so badly made that I had to laugh, it isn't a nitpick just really crapply done.

Two
* When Max & Logan are talking about getting Joshua out of jail you can see behind Logan 4 shelves. On the close up of Logan there is nothing on the lower shelf but on the wide shot of Logan there is something there…

Some Assembly Required
* When O.C. called Sketchy he leans with his body on the lockers and on his hand that is right about his chest, but on the close up his hand is free and right up his face.
* Check out Lux's Hand when she's eating. When Eddie asks her about Crash her hand is down but on a close up her hand is up on the couch.
* Dr. Carr looks at Zack's eye with a little flashlight and then puts it in his pocket. Shot changes to Zack getting up and Dr. Carr puts the flashlight in his pocket again…
* When Eddie asks his guys if Max was with anyone in Crash both his hands are on his waist, but then the shot changes to a wide shot and one hand is kinnda in his pocket and the other one on his stomach.
* In the parking lot Zack shoots at the door and window Logan went thou. From the shot behind Zack you can see the door glass and both the windows glass braking and falling off then you get a close up on the glass and the left window brakes AGAIN… then Zack goes thou the door and the window that broke twice now only has a big hole in it and not totally broken.
* The guy that falls when Zack is shooting at Logan falls with his face towards Zack but in the next shot his face is towards the door
* Zack's gun falls right next to the soap on the floor but when he picks it up again the gun is IN the soap.

Gill Girl
* When Max talks to O.C. about Logan she says: 'how did Logan pick it up again' but if you look closely she doesn't say the word 'again'. This is an add-on after the scene was shot.

Medium is the Message
* On a close up you can see that Joshua hits the painting with the brown color right in the eye but when Joshua tries to clean it with the newspaper you can see that the paint is around the character's face and nowhere near the eye.
* The envelope Alec is holding is open but on a close up you can see it's left side it closed a little.

Brainiac
* Brain is messing around with Logan's stuff and when Max freezes his picture his hands are all over the buttons, then the shot changes to Max and Brain's hands are crossed.
* In jail when Max comes for Brain he steps down from the bars while leaning on the wall them he leaves the wall, shot changes and he's still touching the wall.
* when Max takes Brain on the bike and he's reading this poem CIA trick, he's reading it while she's driving and the paper doesn't even move an inch.. if you look you see Jessica's hair on the left side moving all over the place from the wind but the paper doesn't move... no way the paper can stay so strait like that in such a wind!
* When max and Alec find the police trick poem inside the poem book Max puts it back but in Asha's address book. But when they're hideing Asha finds the poem back in the poem book.
* The T.V.s in Brains apartment are not synchronized so when Eyes Only makes his cable hack you can hear like an echoing because each T.V. is a little late then the other but when Brain's picture comes on, all the screens seem to be perfectly synchronized and the picture runs on the exact same time.

The Berrisford Agenda
* While Normal and Alec are talking Alec reaches with his hand to get something out of Normal's table. Shot changes and he's just leaning on the wall.
* At Crash while Max is talking to Alec he puts his glass down then on the next shot the glass is in his hand again.

Borrowed Time
* While playing pool when Logan says 'You're sure you don't want to try a bank shot?' one hand is on the pool stick. Shot changes and both his hands are on the stick. Shot changes again and again only one hand on the stick.
* When Alec bets Logan 50$ more watch his hands. On the wide shot his right hand is on his left hand but on the close up the left is on top.
* When O.C. tells Alec not to give a smart ass remark she she points a finger at him but on the back shot of O.C. her hand is down.
* When Asha and Alec are talking in Crash close up on Asha you can see her looking at Alec but on the back shot she's holding a glass of beer and drinking.
* When Asha is sleeping she's got one hand under her head. Shot changes and her hand is now just beside her. Shot changes again and her hand is under her head… again.
* when that dude in the junkyard talks to Alec in the end and play fetch with the gossamer, there is a part when the gossamer comes back with a little piece of metal in his "mouth", the junkyard dude takes the piece and throws it again, the pix changes to the gossamer fetching and u see that the part that that guy throw is now a hub-cap. the piece the gossamer gave the guy was a little busted piece of metal and this is a big round piece of plastic...

Love in Vein
* When Normal picks up the package he throw at O.C. he comes from the area of his office where they have a little drink cooler but when the shot changes to him picking it his back is to the Lockers.
* When Joshua puts on the helmet he takes his hands off. Shot changes and he's touching the helmet.

Fuhgeddaboudit
* When Mia and Dougie are in the car Mia gives Dougie a paper bag cause he's about to hyperventilate. Dougie takes the bag and starts breathing into it then takes it off to talk to Mia. Shot changes and we see Dougie still talking but the paper bag is still on his mouth.
* When Alec steps in the ring the announcer passes the microphone to the ring girl and she steps out of the ring, then after a few seconds on a high shot above the ring we see the announcer passing the ring girl the microphone again.
* When Mia puts the bag with her winnings in Dougie's lap she's holding it with both hands but on a close up she's only holding it in one hand.
* When Max is in the toilet with Mia, when she turns around to the mirror to put her lip gloss on, the camera is behind her head, when Max turns her head you can clearly see Jessica Alba's tattoo of the ladybug on the leaf badly 'concealed' under some make-up

Exposure
* When the Sheriff is talking to Max & Logan, Logan is holding the pictures in his right hand but on a back shot it's in his left hand.
* While talking to Sketchy, Otto has his hands down. Then he walks away from him with his hands on his waist.
* Alec's black backpack has a white part in it. When Sketchy is talking to him and O.C. on close ups you can see the white part right on his shoulder but on wide shots you can't see it at all.
* In Medium is the Message Logan tells Max he's helping the 'Olsen's' find there kid... meaning that Wendy identified herself as Wendy Olsen and even later in there actual meeting she told Logan: 'I go by my maiden name, Olsen. Ray goes by my husband’s last name, which is White'. but when she calls Logan in Exposure she identifies as Wendy White.
* When Max takes the soda out the fridge you can see the can's cleary but when the shot changes and Max stands up and says "I watch I learn...I steal soda's" You can cleary see that the can she is holding is completely different to the one's in the fridge.

Hello/Goodbye
* Why is Max so out of breath when coming out of Joshua's house? Supposedly she can hold her breath for 5 min AT LEAST. And getting out of Joshua's house didn't even take a minute.
* When max gives Joshua flea powder he's scratching his neck but then on a close up he's scratching his head.
* At Crash When Max is talking to Alec he's holding a glass but on the back shot he's not even touching the glass.
* In the same scene Alec's using his hands while talking, but on the front shot he's hands are crossed together.
* When Mule is cleaning the shoes on a close up you can see the shoe's heel is towards him, shot changes and the shoe's heel is towards the outside.
* When Max is talking to Alec in jail on the wide shot her right hand is over her left. On close ups her left hand if over the right and just when she's about to get up her left hand is on top again.
* When Max and Alec are walking on the ledge you can see on a close up on Max's shoe that she just got to the window but on a close up on her face she's already halfway past the window.
* In the same scene on a close up on Alec you can see he's halfway across the window but then when the shot changes he is just getting up to the window. Close up again and he's made it all the way across.
* When Mule steps out of White's car he has his sweatshirt cap on when just a second ago in the car he didn't.

Dawg day afternoon
* When Joshua is painting Alec has his hands on his waist, but on a close up they're down.
* When Logan pages Max, Alec moves the laser 'hand' aside, but on the close up on Alec the laser 'hand' is still over his sholder.
* When Annie sits down to read the book the tea cup handle is towards the window, shot changes and the handle is now towards Annie.
* Close up on Joshua shows him throwing the guy that's attacking him on his back but on a wide shot the guy's back is towards Joshua.

She Ain't Heavy
* Close up of Sam on the couch you can see the red book she was just reading to her left, second close up and the book is gone (actually it's not on her right side but you can hardly see it…) close up again and the book is back on her left side.
* Mole gives Joshua a gun but on the close up on Josh the gun is gone.
* When the tranhumans are holding guns to Alec front shot shows him taking his hands out of the pockets, on the back shot you can see Alec's hands are back in the jacket pockets, shot changes to front and his hands are again not in the pockets.
* Max turns the T.V. off with the remote, but the remote is gone when she hugs O.C.
* Sam says 'It's been ten years since the first time you ruined my life'. The year is 2021/2022 so it would actually be 12-13 years.

Love among the runes
* When C.J. steps out of the window he takes out his left leg first, shot changes and his right leg is completely outside while he's taking his left leg out.
* Before Logan and Alec start talking Logan brakes a log, at the end of the conversation he brakes another log thou out the conversation he never set a new log and you can't see any trace of the log he broke before.
* At Crash Alec sits down next to Max with a glass in his hand. Back shot you can see him drinking and putting it on his lap, front shot and the glass is now on the table.
* When Alec and Biggs get on there bikes you can see Alec putting on his gloves, then when he drives away the gloves are off, shot changes again and the gloves are back on.
* C.J. takes the cover off the microscope and bends over to look, shot changes and he bends over again.
* When Max shows C.J the markings on her wrist watch how his hands switch when he touches her.
* When waiting for Sandman C.J. hands are on the rock he just stuck in the ground, shot changes and he's no longer touching the stone.
* When Max and C.J. escape, Max starts wearing her Jacket on her right hand, guard calls from outside and when we see Max again the jacket is on her left hand.

Freak Nation
* At Logan's Max takes of her Jacket, shot changes and she takes it off again.
* Shot on Max's back when she moves Logan's hand is on her shoulder, close up on Logan and his hand is no longer on her shoulder.
