Crockpot Sesame Seed Chicken

Modified from Crockpot Recipes

2 1bs chicken breasts [they used thighs, but I don't like dark meat, so this is what I used]
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sesame seeds
[I plan on adding some veggies next time - maybe onions, green peppers and broccoli.]

Place chicken in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining
ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
 

Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

Serves 4 to 6
