Corn Chowder

Modified from Joanne Fluke's Sugar Cookie Murder

****Needs a Crock Pot****

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (or use bacon bits)

2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

1/2 cup onion, chopped

2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen whole corn

1 can (16 oz) cream style corn

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp seasoning salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup chicken broth

Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
