Beautiful embossed pearl paper is a very "dressy" addition to any page.  Lacy letters add a finishing touch.  Make a mini-shadow box to hold confetti by using foam tape to attach two pieces of vellum together (be sure to fill the middle with confetti before adding the 4th side of tape).  Frame the finished "box" with coordinating card stock and, TADA, a perfect mini-shadow box!
