| Prime Minister: The Prime Minister, along with Queen Eve, is responsible for the proper governing of Britannia. The PM consults with his ministers, the members of Parliament and the Queen in formulating policy and insures that it is put into effect. Along with the Queen, the PM represents Britannia to the rest of the galaxy. Minister of the Interior: This Minister is in charge of suggesting and implementing policy regarding the environment of Britannia. Minister of Health: The Minister of Health is in charge of suggesting and implementing policy regarding the physical and mental health and well being of all Britannians and others visiting or residing on the planet. The Ministry of Health is also involved in research and in evaluating health threats from off-world sources. Minister of Commerce, Finance and Trade: The Minister of CF&T is in charge of suggesting and implementing policies that regulate the monetary resources of Britannia and areas that pertain to it. This ministry is also involved in inter-galactic movement of (Federation) Credits. Minister of Security: (NPC taken) The Minister of Security is in charge of suggesting and implementing policies for the protection of the beings on Britannia. Several Under Ministers report to the Minister of Security, including the Under Minister for Palace Security (taken). All police units report to this Ministry. Minister of Defense: The Minister of Defense is in charge of suggesting and implementing policies for the inter-galactic protection of Britannia. All military units report to this Ministry. Under Ministers include the Under Minister for the Military and the Under Minister for Intelligence. Minister of the Exchequer: This minister is in charge of suggesting and implementing monetary policy both on- and off-planet and maintaining the planetary budget. The official monetary unit of Britannia is the Pound Latinum, written as P. Minister of the Exterior: The Minister of the Exterior is responsible for suggesting and implementing policy between Britannia and other planets and the United Federation of Planets. This Minister is the nominal head of the Diplomatic Corps. |
