I have 3 cats, ages ranging from 9 years to 8 weeks. They are Shyma (pronounced Sheemuh), she's 9; Shadow, she's 6 months old; and Spazz, he's 8 weeks old.
I've had Shyma for 3 years, and she's been my constant companion through a lot of crap. When I first came to Ohio, she came with me. For the past year, up until about a week ago, she's lived with a great friend of mine, whom I've known for just under 3 years. She's a wonderful human being, and a beautiful person.
Shadow, my second cat, I received as a Christmas gift in 2000. A friend of my husband's and mine called one night and asked me if Eric would let me have a cat. I asked, he said yes, and Shadow's been part of our lives since. She's mean, and SUCH a Daddy's girl!
Spazz, our youngest cat, is 8 weeks old, and we just got him at the end of April 2001. He's a cutie, and has Shadow, who is 3 times his size, running away from him! They are kind of used to each other, but it's hard to say. Sometimes, I catch them, all 3, on my bed, sleeping, sometimes not. Shyma is very old, and has the philosophy of "leave me alone, and we'll get along beautifully. If you mess with me, I'll hurt you." All 3 of my kitties are great. They are a good source of companionship, laughs, and stress. They're just like having 3 children in the house! lol When I get the chance, I've got some cute photos, I'll get them up here when I can get them developed, etc. Thanx!
