I believe in that if you were graduated yesterday, and have learned nothing today, you will be uneducated tomorrow.
Now, I am working as a Research Scientist in Laboratory of Molecular Design Center for Bioinformatics, Institute of Molecular and Cellular Bioscience, University of Tokyo, Japan.
Prior to this, I secured my PhD degree in Computational Chemistry from Technical University of Dortmund and the framework of International Max-Planck Research School in Chemical Biology (IMPRS-CB, MPI) fellowship, Germany.
And I did finished Master (MS) degree in Bioinformatics from Cologne University BioInformatics Center (CUBIC), University of Cologne with German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) fellowship, Germany. During masters program I worked on the Microarray's analysis using various bioinformatics tools in Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC), Berlin, Germany. Before join in PhD I finished another practical course on oligonucleotide probes in Interdisciplinary Center for Bioinformatics (IZBI), University of Leipzig, Germany.
I have a Bachelor (B.Tech) in chemical engineering from Vellore Engineering College (VIT), India. After my engineering I joined in a pharmatech company as process engineer, as well as I learned some of programming languages due to interest in Bioinformatics and then I moved to Europe (Germany) for advanced study and research work in that field.
I have other certificate advanced training courses, Introductory Bioinformatics Course and Protein structure prediction course from UK Human Genome Mapping Project Resource Center (UK HGMP-RC) and European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), Cambridge, UK. |
