Minorca is a quite island, specially for families and those who are looking for relaxing days close to small beaches. As a cultural place it has the "Taulas", prehistoric interetic symbol for the archeology. Island of traditions and delicious gastronomy (caldereta, sobrasada, cheese, ensaimada,....). I recomend renting a car in order to visit the island. Don't forget going to Fornells and Binibeca fishermen white villages, Maó and Ciutadella as well.
