this tea is perfect for cold stormy days when you just can't seem put on enough layers of clothing. the ginger has a delightful way of warming you
from the inside out. ginger tea is also perfect for releiving nausea or motion sickness. i have always had terrible motion sickness so i offten brew
a cup before embarking on a road trip, after too much spinning on the tire swing or prior to sitting down to watch home movies.
ingredients
ginger root
honey
directions
slice a few thin slivers of ginger root using a peeler
finley chop root and add to 3 cups of water in a saucepan
simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
strain and poor into cups
add honey to taste
