by Lossefalme for… you guessed it! Marian!
Jess sprang up the steps to Marian’s apartment door and rang the doorbell. She was grinning ear to ear, very eager to hear about how her friend’s PredatoryOrlando was working out. The look on Marian’s face yesterday had been classic, and Jess knew full well what a PredatoryOrlando pet was capable of. She hoped everything had gone well.
She frowned impatiently when no one answered the door and rang the bell again. Then she rang it twice more, just for good measure. She checked her watch. It was ten in the morning already, surely she wouldn’t still be sleeping? Marian never slept late… she rang the doorbell again and pounded on the door. “Come on, Marian!” she shouted. “It’s Jess! Open the door!”
*
Marian vaguely heard the doorbell, somewhere deep beneath the fog of sleep. She groaned, not wanting to wake up, and tried to ignore it. But it came again… and again. It wouldn’t let her sink back into blissful unconsciousness. Marian slowly pulled one eye open, but otherwise did not move. She was still exhausted, all her muscles spent from the night before, and she knew she wouldn’t be able to get out of bed even if the situation required it. The doorbell sounded again, and then whoever it was pounded on the door. But Marian ignored it. She wouldn’t get up. She couldn’t. They would give up eventually, and leave her alone to go back to sleep and try to recover from hours of lovemaking. No… more than just hours. A whole night. She’d dazedly seen the sun peeking over the horizon just before she fell asleep. PredatoryOrlando probably could have gone for another round, but Marian had been too exhausted, and nothing would get her to move now.
She felt movement behind her, and then Orlando’s arm hooked around her waist, and he snuggled up to her back, kissing her jaw. “Someone’s at the door, love,” he whispered. “Aren’t you going to answer?”
Marian sighed. “No,” she croaked. “They’ll go away eventually.”
“Do you want me to tell them to come back later?”
Marian thought about it for a moment, and then finally agreed, thinking that would be more polite than completely ignoring them. And then they wouldn’t be worried about her. “All right,” she said. “But if it’s my parents remember your Romantic, okay? Tell them I’m not feeling well, or something.”
“Right,” he said. “Okay.” He kissed her cheek again lightly and threw back the covers, climbing out of bed. “Won’t take long, love,” he promised. Marian heard him leave the room and sighed again, closing her eyes. She would have to remind him they couldn’t do what they’d done last night every night… she did have to be able to do something during the day. And once school started… no, this marathon lovemaking would have to be saved for special occasions. But it had been a good birthday present… Marian smiled as she slowly drifted off to sleep again.

Jess heard footsteps coming to the door and smiled. Finally. About time. The door was unlocked and swung open, and Jess stared at what she saw. PredatoryOrlando stood there confidently with the door wide open, but he was completely naked. He grinned at her, showing his dimples, and tilted his head slightly to one side.
“Can I help you?” he asked lightly.
Jess blinked, trying to keep her eyes on his face, but they kept going astray, wondering over his finely shaped body and other… assets. She swallowed hard, wishing she would have tested him before giving him to Marian. She had been so tempted to do so, and had nearly done it, but at the last she had resisted, afraid that if she tested him she would get too attached to him to give him up. But now looking at him as he stood in the doorway she regretted her decision. She should have tested him… rigorously.
“Hello? You there, doll?”
Jess startled back to reality at the sound of his voice and snapped her eyes up to his face. She cleared her throat and took a deep breath, struggling to get a hold of herself. “Um… yes,” she said weakly. “Is… is Marian here? I’d like to speak with her.”
He smiled a slow smile, one that caused Jess to feel a little concerned for her friend. Maybe this PredatoryOrlando was more to handle than she had thought. She hoped Marian was all right.
“Marian’s here,” he answered finally. “But she’s… not feeling well.” He saw the look that crossed Jess’ face and amended his reasoning. “She’s rather tired, is all,” he said assuredly. “We were up rather late last night. Participating in extreme physical activity, you see, and she’s quite worn out.”
Jess felt her eyes getting wider with each statement, and all she could think was that she should have tested him for herself before handing him over to Marian. Clearly he’d had some pent up sexual aggression, and it should have been spent on her, instead of Marian… or maybe that’s how he was all the time. He was PredatoryOrlando, after all. She still should have tested him.
“I didn’t hurt her,” he said suddenly, somewhat defensively, and Jess realized another look must have crossed her face while she was deep in thought. “I only did what she wanted. Her pleasure, you understand.”
Jess nodded, clearing her throat again. “I’m sure you made her very happy,” she husked.
Orlando grinned, seemingly proud of himself. “Oh, I made her very happy,” he said confidently.
“Good, I’m glad,” Jess said. “That’s what you’re for, I guess.”
He smiled at her, looking at her with intense eyes, and Jess suddenly felt herself blush, though she had no idea why. She started to back away. “Well, I’d better get going. Just came to check in on Marian –“
“Would you like a go?” he asked suddenly.
Jess froze, her mouth falling open, and gaped at him. He hadn’t just said… “Pardon?” she sputtered.
He put a hand on either side of the doorway, facing her fully, and fixed her with a look that nearly made her collapse. Now she knew why Marian had nearly fallen over yesterday. When you were the focus of that look you couldn’t help but melt. It was so intense, so passionate, so promising…
“Would you like a go?” he asked again.
Jess backed up a few more steps, but couldn’t help glancing down his body at the question, and she saw he was indeed ready for another “go”. She gulped, shaking her head vigorously until she could find her voice again. “No no no,” she said strongly, “I wouldn’t even think about –“
“Don’t lie,” he interrupted playfully.
“Excuse me?”
“You’ve been thinking about it since I opened the door,” he smirked.
Jess felt her face immediately bloom into a burning blush and she staggered backwards as he took a step forward. “I – I wouldn’t think about doing anything unless I asked Marian first,” Jess finally blurted.
Orlando stopped his advance. “Oh. Well then I’ll go ask her.” He turned and started through the door.
“No!” Jess cried out, and he stopped again, turning back around to face her, lifting one eyebrow in question. “No,” Jess said again, more quietly this time. “Don’t ask her. No need to. I’m leaving… Goodbye Orlando.”
She started back down the stairs and he watched her leave. “Goodbye, Jess,” he called after her. “I’ll tell Marian you came by to see her.”
Jess waved over her shoulder, but didn’t look back as she vanished from the apartment complex.
Orlando grinned as he closed and locked the front door, and then he made his way eagerly back to bed.
*
Marian stirred as she felt Orlando climb back into the bed and squirm under the covers. He snuggled up to her and rested his face in the crook of her neck. She smiled and sighed contentedly, feeling his breath tickle her shoulder. “Who was it?” she asked sleepily.
He grunted. “Your friend Jess,” he answered in a muffled voice. “She wanted to check up on you.”
“That was nice of her.”
“Mmmhmm.” There was a short pause. “I asked her if she would like to have a go,” he admitted suddenly.
Marian opened her eyes, looking back over her shoulder at Orlando to see if he was serious. He lifted his head and met her eyes, then buried his face into her neck, feathering her with kisses.
“I’m sorry, love,” he said quietly, moving his hips to press himself against the small of her back, and she felt how hard he was. “I couldn’t help it…”
Marian smiled at his apologetic behavior, he managed to seem so innocent and yet so guilty. It was endearing. But he didn’t see her smile, he was too busy paying attention to the sensitive spots on her neck, all of which he’d found the night before. “Well,” she asked, “what did Jess say to that?”
“She wanted to say yes,” he answered honestly, “but she wouldn’t do it.”
“Really?”
“No.” Orlando’s kisses turned to gentle nips. “She ran away.”
Marian burst out laughing so abruptly Orlando stopped his attentions and drew back, looking at her in confusion. But she couldn’t stop laughing for several minutes. The thought of her friend running away from her PredatoryOrlando was just too funny. But that probably was the only way you could resist him.
At last she gained control of herself, wiping away tears, and looked back to Orlando, who still watched her with interest. “I’m sorry,” she gasped. “It just amuses me…” she took a deep breath. “I shall have to tell Jess she’s welcome to have you if she wants. After all I do need a break every now and then…”
He smiled at her, lying back down and catching her up against him. He lied with half of his body over hers, and kissed her softly on the lips. “Did you have a long enough break while I was gone?” he asked hopefully, rocking his hips against hers.
Marian stared up into his eyes, his face only inches from hers. She shook her head hopelessly. “You’re serious?”
His answer was the most predatory grin she’d ever seen, and she couldn’t resist it.
