"Herbal Tea with Lemon"

by Queen Mee, for all of us who were waiting for her to write something for us... ;)

Orlando sipped his herbal tea with lemon and sent surreptitious glances at Sarah's Caramel macchiato. At first Sarah wasn't quite sure if he was reprimanding her for her unhealthy choice, but after a few moments, she realized that they were longing glances.

"What are you staring at, Lando?"

Orlando, caught out, looked back to his tea guiltily. With a little smile, Sarah continued, "Do you want some of my delicious, unhealthy, fattening, non-vegetarian caramel macchiato? Mmmmm . . . Mmmmm . . ." He looked as if he was ready to slap her so she tried another tack.

"Poor little vegan-on-a-diet Lando! No yummy coffee for you, eh? If Vig could only see you now, eating your nuts and berries and drinking your tea- I have my own sexy elf." She grinned cheekily at him and he lunged at her. Heads turned to see why this handsome and remotely familiar looking bloke was pouncing on his female companion . . . one glance, however, was enough for them to ascertain that this was merely a lovers' scuffle. Although most of them wished that they were in the girl's place, the other customers resumed their positions.

Orlando fell on his bum, having missed Sarah with his pounce and knocked over a number of chairs. She was speechless with laughter at both his accident and facial expression. After gathering herself together enough to speak, she began needling him again. "Hmmm . . . still clumsy are we, lover boy?"

Orlando smiled at this and stood up, dusting off his butt. He sat down next to her, pulled his chair close and replied, "Me? Clumsy? Now where did you get that idea, I wonder. . . I would think that you would have learned that I know my way around by now . . . perhaps you need a little more evidence . . ." His lips met the cool skin of her neck and she merely pushed him away, rather reluctantly.

"Orlando Sidney Bloom! You know I have a meeting in fifteen minutes. You can show me later, but this is neither the time nor the place."

He grinned wickedly and continued his seduction. She continued protesting for about another minute until her voice trailed off unexpectedly in the middle of her tirade. When she resumed speech, her voice was audibly shaky. "Well, I think I can be late . . . John won't care . . . I don't need the money . . ."

Orlando's expression was insufferably smug as he surveyed her countenance. "I found it again, didn't I?" His lips again met the suddenly hot skin above her left collarbone. Sarah made a few feeble protests but Orlando knew he had won this skirmish.

Pushing in their chairs, they walked out of Starbucks, kissing as they walked. "You." *Kiss* "are" *kiss* "too" *kiss* "damned" *kiss* "sexy" *extra long kiss* "Orlando" *kiss* "And I think I love you" *kiss*.
