History- She grew up in a small Hold near the coast with her best friend Tyrone. The two of them were practically inseperable. Jessia was well known by all in the Hold, especially because she would always step in and help to separate fights between the other kids. She and Tyrone were both searched, and sent to Raek Weyr.
