One of the greatest mysteries of the human condition is that of the working and structure of the brain. It is quite obvious that science has not yet come to a point of understanding regarding consciousness to fully comprehend the scope of the functioning of this most important part of the anatomy. We commonly perceive our brains to be regulators of our senses and storehouse of our thoughts. Indeed we readily overidentify with it to the point of thinking that the brain is indeed us, or is the house of our consciousness. The problem lies in the interpretation that the brain is the originator of thought. The brain is merely the vessel which connects the physical world of things to the abstract world of ideas . The electrical impulses viewed by science are only the visible effects of the workings of the brain and not the totality of its functioning. Science is not intuitive ,basically, and only concerns itself with calculable things and so is only a mirror of our regularly operating senses. These senses we percieve as operating independantly but are really only receivers of input which send their impression to our brains. The brain is THE sense organ , the interpreter, and the regulator of our sensory input. It is no coincidence that the term 'sixth sense' is applied to psychic awareness, because this awareness is intricately woven into the workings of our brains. The language commonly employed by psychics alludes to the nature of this functioning. When we hear them talk they will always use words such as resonate and vibrate, because this reality at its very core is nothing more than different expressions of the same energy. Everything in creation is a vibration, a wave. Matter is a regularly vibrating set of particals, what we perceive is the illusion of its solidity. Everything in creation is a specific frequency of vibration and thoughts are no exception to this rule. Thoughts are things, as real as any perceived thing in physical 'space' (indeed there really is no such thing as space, there are no empty spaces). I would even say that they are more real in some ways as everything in this world is an extension of a higher ideal, some thought or idea born of the world of mind. Mind is the intangible quality of consciousness that permeates every thing in creation, the basis of all life and intelligent design, our brains are our physical mediation between our perceived mind and the limitless universal mind, I would use that term as being synonomous with 'god', mind is the building block of all things, everything is based at its root on the foundation of mind, it is the precursor to everything, anything that exists is first an idea in mind, be it a human invention, or a universal creation. |

The brain takes the impressions that our normal senses receive and translates them, its primary function is the interpretation and translation of waves and vibration. This is how the phenomena of empathy/telepathy occurs (a tuning in process). It is a resonating to a particular frequency, a frequency that transcends the denseness of physical thingness and exists outside the defined parameters of space. Thoughts exist at all points simultanteously and the brain vibrates to that quality, that frequency, and then interprets that idea into an understanding through physical means. Through this explanation it can be understood, for example, how scientists on different sides of the world performing different experiments can come up with the same hypothesis. It is as if the idea had become ripened, it was its time and those people who had the appropriate building blocks assembled in their minds were then able to resonate to the frequency of that thought more easily and so the idea accumulates energy by being sought after and then becomes a thought in their seperate minds because they were both able to resonate to that idea. "Thoughts are sattellites pulled into orbit by the gravity of mind" |

Thoughts are real and effect this perceived concrete world in many ways. Our thoughts about ourselves effect our reality, our self image and how we interact with people The very substance of our lives is directly associated to our thoughts. Our brains are not the storehouse of our being, but they are the things which make it possible for us to operate as sentients inside of a living body, that thing which connects our actual self to the self that we see in this physical world. Consciousness is not housed in a physical brain. It is an endowment of life. Life exists in many myriad forms and expressions, most of which we have no direct experience with. One simple example of this can be viewed by looking at the way plantlife reacts to stimuli .For example trees will grow out of their way to avoid power lines and will twist around them. This demonstrates a rudimentary awareness, one that is not housed by a brain. You may point out that they are reacting through stimulus perceived by thier bodies and that may be true; however ,the point is still the same. The brain does not have a hold on the limits of consciousness and there are many forms of life in this universe that we will discover that will shatter our preconceived notions of reality. Operating within limitations sets us up for failure. It preordaines our path and leaves us with only so much room for movement and improvement. To really understand the endless possibilities that life presents we must deconstruct those walls and try to see past the horizon. |
