For the first part he uses a metal slide and slides it up over the pickup's while flicking the toggle on and off, creating the rhythm. Then his does a big "Wah" on the 2nd fret of the E string. Next he goes into scratch slide DJ thing like the "Bulls On Parade" solo. For the last part, well I'm not sure, but it's something with the Wah around the 2nd fret of the E string again. Last chorus: Gtr. 2 does the mute picking riff from the Breakdown, then goes into some more "Bull On Parade" solo slides. This all done 4 times.
