The lies implanted in our mind as a child being used for mind control purposes are hard to overcome. Prayer, renouncing the lies, and repetitive working to replace the lies will help to overcome the lies they programmed into our minds. God is the only way to come to the truth. Christ said in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth, and the life...". In John 16:13 Christ said: "Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever He shall hear; that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come:. I believe that Jesus Christ wants to set us free. We need to submit to Him, His healing, His will, and His guidance. John 8:32 says: "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." We have to be willing to submit to the truth. Also, it takes time. Healing is a slow process. I know that reading the Word of God does not take away the programming. Using the Word of God as a weapon against it will help you overcome the programming. |
