Isolation programming is used to keep the survivor only contacted with the cult.

Not remembering traumas or bad memories are programmed into alters for cult loyal purposes also.

Sex only ok outside of marriage keeps the survivor from being able to get married and from having relationships outside of the cult. Also this programming used used to mock God. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:18:
"Flee fornification. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornification sinneth against his own body".

Alters are programmed to be passive, so that they will not fight against anything the cult wants them to do and wants to do to them.

Controlled by demonic spirit programming is used to keep the demonic influence and oppression in complete control. The alters are programmed to believe there is no way to fight against it, and no way to overcome or take control of their own actions and throughts, etc.

Everyone controls your mind - so that you will not try to have your own thoughts, etc... Everything someone says to you will control you.

Alters are programmed to believe they will never be good at anything else. This way they will not try to find healthier ways to live, fight against the cult, and try anything on their own.

Constant reminder of vows along with programming that the vows can never be broken keep survivors loyal to the cults. There is no escape and they must keep their vows.

Internal programmers are used to program new types of programming into alters and also to reprogram alters who have had their original programming broken down and overcome.

Go crazy if don't go back to them is used as a punishment for fullfilling the programming to go back to them. As long as they can maintain the systems, survivors don't crash and gain memories or become aware that they are a survivor. When the call back programming is not fullfilled, this is their way of punishing us for not going back.

Go back to your mother programming. It does not have to be your birth mother, it can be a mother figure in the cult.

Commit yourself into a mental hospital is common, also. Many programmers work in mental hospitals in some areas. If the survivor commits themselves, the programmer employed in the hospital can deliver them to the cult, or traumatize and program more programming into the survivor.

Going to a certain place at a certain time. The survivor doesn't know why they suddenly have an overwhelming desire to go to a certain park at a certain time one day, and there they go with the cult waiting for them.

Progarmming to sacrifice self, wreck car, cut self open, stab self, overdose, jump off high buildings, strangle self, hang self, and starvation are some types of suicide programming that are used. If a survivor is starting to remember, gain new memories, or if the cult is finished with that survivor, different types of suicide programming will be activated.

Murder programming is used to have survivor kill someone the who has betrayed the cult, just have the survivor kill to be killing, kill the survivors family or spouse or friend to cause more trauma in the survivor, and also to ruin the future of the survivor.

Assassination programming.

Sleep during the day, stay awake at night. Rituals are usually held at night, accessing is using done at night, and there are many other reasons for this type of programming.

Programming so that whatever you say is opposite of the truth. This causes internal guilt and self-hate and self-doubt, and many other types of emotions. The Bible says that Satan is the "Father of Lies", and they also use this to get the alters to believe that Satan is there father.

Some types of reversal programming used for God vs. Satan are:

a. Satan is creator
b. The Holy Bible is Satan's Word, not God's Word
c. God is evil, Satan is good
d. Satan was abused, God is the abuser

Some types of anti-God programming are:

a. God allows Satan to terrorize me and ruin my life whenever he wants.
b. God has nothing good for me, just for everyone else.
c. God has cursed me since I was born.
d. God is sending me to hell no matter what
e. God expects me to be perfect and I can't
f. I hate God
g. God hates me
h. God made me evil/made me serve Satan
i. I was born of the seed of Satan instead of the seed of Abraham
