| Ok well, back to the summer of freshman year for a second. I got my first job. I worked for a place called Skip's, in an amusement park called Kings Island. It was a great job. I worked for Skip's, though a different location throughout my High School days. Below is a picture of my dog, Snowcap. Believe me...she once had a white spot on the top of her head. Now it is only 1 or 2 hairs, so nobody really gets her name. She has been a great pet, as has my cat...Lila. This leads me into the toughest time in my life, Junior year, which brought the death of my father. My dad was an amazing | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| man. One I will always love and respect. My mom was so strong through everything. She is an amazing woman. Both my parents are a great inspiration to me | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| and I never want to do anything they would not be proud of. My mom is on the left in the picture, next to her dad, and then my Aunt Karen is on the right. What a great family...I must say. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Now I firmly believe that even when bad things happen to you, life is still great. I had fun junior year. There was a lot of pain, but I would still say I enjoyed myself. Pain comes, but the good always remains. Senior year would be an amazing year. I loved my class...I'll always recommend taking an hour and a half of gym every day of the year. Best academic decision I ever made. And this great year climaxed with a campout in the school parking lot, which was a great time with great friends. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Above is a picture of the modest fire a few seniors built in the middle of the parking lot. Not a great idea, but an amazing sight with a great picture. There was music going from 10pm until 7:20 am the next morning when the final day of school began. We got pictures with our friends and just enjoyed the night. Things like these make you remember how fun life is, and what great people always surround you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| And what do you know I graduated with my friends. I moved on to Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. To study political science. A year at Winthrop was fun, but various circumstances have brought me back to the University of Cincinnati where I will start my send year of school. Back to main page Background page 1 |
