A man that waits within the walls
Not knowing where he is
He yells he rants he screams and calls
For this dreadful dream is his
He runs and jumps into those walls
The padding is very thick
With all the white standing tall
He’s becoming very sick
He sees a door in front of him
And jumps towards it with care
The men in white just walk on by him
Not knowing he was there
He bangs on the door with all his might
He rants he screams he yells
The man in there is full of fright
Trapped within his cell
After hours of insane screams
The man begins to slow
He lies back down to greet his dreams
For there’s no place to go
He goes to sleep not knowing when
He just looks so at peace
At least until he wakes again
And makes the silence cease
