My Pearl Jam Shrine
| 1995 | Pearl Jam has been
the one constant thing in my life. They were the first band I grew
to love, and the first band I ever saw perform LIVE. For Pearl Jam I have
tranversed more than fifteen states and the Pacific Ocean (twice!).
The lyrics of pain, rage, lonliness and depression have consoled me in
my darkest hours. The songs of joy, love, and celebration of life
have lifted me past basic living. Through my love for this band,
I have met many, many other like minded individuals and have cemented strong
friendships for years to come. These pages are only a small reflection
of what The Band means to me, live, in concert...shear pictures and words
can do little to give an accurate portrayal of this bands true impact on
my own life.
