Cheesy Bread

Slice the bread in half the LONG way..Lay each slice (face up) on a cookie sheet. Heat oven to broil. Butter each slice generously and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Broil about 5 minutes. Watch that it doesn't burn! Remove and cut into wedges.

If you like garlic butter just add the crushed garlic to butter and mix well in a small bowl. Use that to butter the bread.
