        Enchilada Pie

        1 Pkg. Corn Tortias 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
        1 Garlic (minced) 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
        1 Onion (chopped) Salt & Pepper
        1 Can Green Chilies (diced) 2 lbs. Hamburger
        1 Can Mushroom Soup 1 lb. Cheese (shredded)

        Cook hamburger, garlic, and onion until browned. Drain off grease. Add chilies, soup, tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange tortia shells in casserole pan, add 1/2 of mixture, layer with cheese, repeat. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

        Hamburger Broccoli Pie

        1 Uncooked Pie Shell with Top Crust 1 lb. Hamburger
        ¼ Cup Chopped Onion 2 Tbsp. Flour
        ¾ Tsp. Salt ¼ Tsp. Garlic Salt
        1 ¼ Cup Milk 1 Pkg. Cream Cheese (soft)
        1 Egg (beaten) 1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli (cooked well and drained)
        4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese

        Brown hamburger and onion (drain). Stir in flour and salts. Add the 1 ¼ cup milk and cream cheese. Cook. Stir till mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add beaten egg. Cook till thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli. Spoon into pie crust. Cut cheese slices, put on top of mixture. Put on top crust and cut slices for steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. For the last 20 minutes cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.

        Beef Chow Mein Bake

        1 ½ lbs. Hamburger 1 Cup Chopped Celery
        ½ Cup Chopped Onion 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
        1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Large Can Chow Mein Noodles
        2 Cups Minute Rice (cooked)

        Cook hamburger, celery, and onion until celery and onion are tender. Stir in soups. Pour into casserole dish. Spread noodles over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
