April 7th, 2007 - Recording Session for Nabi cd with Terry and Alex.

March 31, 2007 -
Gig at Ray Bar with Nabi. A few weeks ago I got a call from Terry, my old bass playin friend from Gyeongu days. They are going into the studio to record a CD the week after our Ray Gig. He asked me to play drums on the CD. Pretty exciting stuff. The studio owner is a Canadian guy named Lance Reegan Diehl and I guess he's fairly professional from the looks of his site.

Our dear cousin Todd Thibodeau has passed away. He was a special guy and I will miss him. I have so many great memories, from childhood and into my adult life. I am in Korea and can't be at the funeral, but will be thinking about him and all of you from the family. My condolences and love.

Some guy online found my webshots gallery of Landmine Museum photos and wanted more info and stuff. He asked if I had video and when I said I did he wanted it so I gave it to him and he posted it. So the cool thing here is that now everyone can view these videos of the amputee kids that live in the museum playing soccoer. Check it out here.

Dennis Trainor's 'None 2 Some' short film plays as part of the Reel Island Film Festival's Reel Shorts 2 selection at 9:10pm. I played drums and had a part in composing soundtrack tunes, along with John Rehder and Glen Striky. This will be shown at Charlottetown's City Cinema, 64 King St.

Ok so I haven't updated in awhile. Lots has happened. I spent a year in Korea teaching english which I finished at the end of August 2004, after which I spent the month of September vacationing in Thailand and Cambodia during which time I volunteered at the Cambodian Landmine Museum. Check out this site to learn the incredible story of Aki Ra and the children amputees that live at his museum.
Last Saturday while busking at the Ch'town farmers market I was approached to play drums for  a movie by Dennis Trainor. The other musicians were John Redher (think I spelled it wrong) and Glen Strikey. I also have a new
webshots photo gallery with lots of pictures from overseas.
