Here is the resolution # 3 of the 5th meeting
of the Organizing Committee, which was held on January 16, 2001. |
Resolution 3: The committee requests the
University administration to allocate, on an urgent basis, a suitable site
spanning at least 3 (three) acres of land for the proposed Alumni Complex.
The decision is taken to prepare a Master Plan of the complex comprising of
the following units: |
(i) |
Conference
Room (Gallery) with modern sound and projection system for at least 300
persons. |
(ii) |
Generator
Room for housing a backup power generator. |
(iii) |
Meeting Room/small Seminar
Room for at least 50 persons. |
(iv) |
4 (four) Office Rooms, each
of 450 sq.ft. |
(v) |
Reception Room |
(vi) |
Gallery/Museum |
(vii) |
Bank |
(viii) |
Multimedia Room |
(ix) |
Multi-dimensional Mall to
house (a) Cafeteria, (b) Book Stall, (c) Travel Agent, (d) IT shop, (e) Stationery
