I began bodybuilding seven years ago - doing the 10 week FLAWLESS program, written by Bob Paris.

I participated in my first contest April 2000 . I choreographed my own routine and learned how to do some of the poses by e-mailing other bodybuilders I saw in magazines and asking for intructions!   My greatest accomplishment was applying the tanning dye all by myself.  The low carb diet - who wants to be THAT grumpy? -  I don't think I ever want to drop to that weight ever again!!


Bodybuilding is a pursuit that provides spiritual  meditation, discipline and physical wellness.
