So you ventured into the tattoo page.

I have wanted a tattoo since I was in High School.  I always had this infatuation with Marvin the Martian, so I remember swearing that I would get him on my ankle as soon as I turned 18.

Thankfully as I grew older, I realized I was not going to get a cartoon on my body for life.  Whew!

But that only spawned the desire to find something that I could live with for the rest of my life.  I was not the type that wanted the typical girlie tattoo.  No roses or hearts for me.

First Tattoo - Oh god what a mistake this was!  I am so ashamed of it, I took no pictures. It is simply known as my 'Starter Tattoo'.

Hence came the start of my tattoo frenzy. 

My second tattoo - This was a design that I found years ago, and I simply held on to it.  It is called the ‘ The Embrace” and it represents my relationship with my hubby!  I already have the work up for adding some more to it.  It needs a bit more detail to it.

My Third Tattoo-  This was a cover up of the mistake I made getting that retarded tattoo in Iowa.  The artist knew my love of butterflies, along with Def Leppard so this is what we came up with!  This is my favorite one at the moment.  I ALWAYS get rave reviews from it, especially when they realize there are eyes looking back at them!  My Leopard Butterfly.

Future Tattoos-  I am a firm believer of not putting anyone names on my body unless they are my children.   So I will be getting this one on my ankle for my children.  And once again I love color and butterflies, so this will be going on my lower back, as soon as my Tattoo artist comes up from Tennessee for a visit.
