EPISODE #15: The Ancient Warrior Originally Aired: 5/11/02
Summary: Zen-Aku gives the crystals to Nayzor stating that he will destory the rangers that night when the full moon will power him up. After Zen-Aku leaves, Nazyor tells Jindrax and Toxica that the bug he put in Zen-Aku's head makes him easy to control. The rangers, however are discussing animus and Zen-Aku. The princess states that Animus appeared and told her what happened 3000 years ago. That Merrick used the cursed wolf mask to fight master org, but was turned into Zen-Aku, throguh the curse and was sealed away by the original rangers. That night the rangers and Zen-Aku fight but the rangers don't hurt him because is one of their own. Meanwhile Nayzor brings the crystals to a pleased Master org. Elsewher Zen-Aku is ready to finish the red ranger off when Animus blocks the moon, turning Zen-Aku into Merrick. It is for a short time, however and he turns back into Zen-Aku once the moon is back. They figure ot that destorying the Predazord wil back the curse. So they destroy it (using the rhino and armadillo). And Merrick is left lying on the ground.
