EPISODE #31:Taming of the Zords Originally Aired: 9/28/02
Summary: Princess Shayla and Merrick are singing to the Deer, while Kite watches them in the viewing pond. Max has just awoken and talks to Kite. Kite flashes back to scene of him first meeting Merrick and he begins to wonder why he recognizes him. A new org has popped up in an alley somewhere. Jindrax and Toxica approach Lion Tamer Org and recrute him for Team Carnival. The other rangers are now awoken because of the singing. Taylor and Danny complian about it when the princess arrives. She tells them that should appreciate the song as the zords like it. The org has appeared somwhere. The rangers soon arrive. The org tames Alyssa and makes her jump through a hoop. The others quickly snap her out of it. Jindrax and Toxica appear out from behind the org. They make the org eat some beans, agianst its request. The org grows and Toxica taunts the rangers into calling the zords. The org tames the red lion when it appears. Cole calls and breaks the lion out of the spell. However, the org soon regains control and forms the megazord. The org has the megazord attack the rangers, but it is stooped by the Predazord. On the sidelines, Jindrax and Toxica have begun to call the battle like sports announcers. The org tries to control the Predazord, but cannot. The megazords fight and at the Princess's request, the rangers call the Kongazord. The Megazord has the upper hand against the Predazord, when the Konga zords arrive. The gorilla throws bananas at the megazord, causing one to land on Toxica. The rangers combine the Kongazord and fight the megazord. The Predazord gets up to help, but is stooped by the org. The org then calls the giraffe and elephant and combines them to the megazord to fight the Kongazord. Princess Shayla tells the rangers to call the deer zord and they do. Hoping to use it to break the taming spell. The combine the deer to the Kongazord (/w rhino legs) forming the Kongazord Striker Clucther mode, according to Jindrax. They try to use the deer's powers, but the Megazord sops them. Kite runs from the Animarium to the city to stop the battle he has seen in the pond. The Megazord uses the newly aquired Black Bear zord to attack the Kongazord, knocking the rangers out of it. The org then uses the Kongazord and Megazord to knock Merrick out of the Predazord. The Megazord and Kongazord are about to attack the rangers, when Kite runs in front of them and creates a wind that breaks the spell. Merrick states he recognizes the wind. Kite collaspes from exaustion. The rangers leave Kite to Merrick and use the Isismegazord to defeat the org. After the battle and at the scene, the rangers talk to Merrick (who still has Kite) about the wind and Merrick says he remembers it from 3000 years ago.
