EPISODE #5: Ancient Awakening Originally Aired: 3/02/02
Summary: Alyssa fixes the team breakfast before she has to head off for her field trip at the University. She makes to the University where the class goes to an archological dig site. While taking notes, before finding a dig site, Alyssa hears a faint elephant trumpet nearby. After everyone goes to their dig sties, she sneaks into a cave where the noise is louder and finds a marking on the wall similar to the rangers belt buckles. Back at the Animarium, she explains the finding to Princess Shayla, who then takes off with Cole and Alyssa to investigate further. Meanwhile, Tire org attacks, leaving Taylor, Max, and Danny to face it on their own. They fight him a while until Jindrax and Toxica show up and tell the org to go after the princess, Cole, and Alyssa. Alyssa and Cole fight the org, but the org ends up taking the princess. The other rangers arrive but are unable to persue the org ny foot. The red lion calls Cole and tells him the savage cycles are on the way. The rangers use the cycles to catch the org and free the princess. After Toxica makes the org big they fight with the Megazord a while until the princess is taken into the cave to meet Master org, by Toxica and Jindrax. Alyssa goes to save the princess, but ends up getting blasted along with the princess and put uder a small cave in. Master org and Jindrax and Toxica leave. Alyssa and the princess soon get up and discover, that the Elphant zord was calling Alyssa. Alyssa uses the new Zord to make the sword and shield Megazord and defeat Tire org.
