Pastor Clifford was raised in Harts, WV in a God fearing home. His father, Rev. Robert Vance was Pastor of the Little Harts Freewill Baptist Church for more than 50 years at his death. Answering the call  of God to preach in 1980 he has done the work of an Evangelist, Apostle, Pastor and Missionary.
Debbie was also raised in a God fearing home where her daddy, Dewey Adkins evangalizes for the Church of God. She teaches the Word of God to the adults as well as the youth group. Together they have Pastored Ranger Full Gospel for 26 years. 
They have two sons, Matthew, who is the Youth Pastor, runs the sound system, sings, and teaches teens at the church, and Joshua who ministers, is on the board of directors and plays music for the praise team.  Joshuas wife Patty also works with the ministry, running the sound system and doing whatever else is needed. 

Pastor Steve was sent to help establish Ranger Full Gospel, and has been a blessing ever since. He lives on Ranger Ridge with his wife Lynn.  They have two daughters, Carrie, who gave them two grandsons, Elijah and Isaac and Charity who gave them their grandaughter Julie.  Pastor Steve truely has a Pastors heart, but also does the work of an Evangelist and is an excellent Teacher. Their family has been an asset to the church, always willing to do the work of the Lord.

Matthew Vance, son of Clifford and Debbie Vance is youth Pastor at Ranger Full Gospel.  He truely has a heart for the youth.
