Psychotic? Dangerous? Nah. One way or another, this band of teens and their love for heavy/gothic metal and several other forms of the rock n' roll genre, is what caused the formation of the band Pleasant Nytemares. Charles Terranova, Erik Dickash, Nick Italiano, Bryan Crestline, and for a while, Melissa Janitz were the five who started this major revolution in the New York underground rock scene. The Pleasant Nytemares have, are open to, or do currently play at the following places: Applebee's, Holluhans, other resturaunts, various fairs and carnivals, and even any large parties you'd like to have a live band attend. Contact Charles with any inquiries regarding pricing or info. (Email address supplied on the site's main navigation.) The band is currently in production of a demo tape, and may try to obtain a recording contract. Their basic playing location is the Long Island/New York area, and will do gigs anywhere near there. Anyone needing a good metal band with original material for a party or rave please feel free to get in touch. They also do covers. They've done several Machine Head, Iced Earth, Deicide, Linkin Park, Metallica, NIN, and Nirvana covers, along with others.
A breakdown of the Nytemares is basically as follows: Charles being the lead singer, followed up by Erik on Rhythm Guitar. Nick succeeded Erik with Bass Guitar and then Bryan on Drums. Melissa happened to be their female vocalist for a short time, until her departure from the band due to a quarrel with Charles rendered her obsolete. Pleasant Nytemares is currently looking to expand it's fan base and increase the number of listeners attending their shows, as to possibly gain more listeners, than those who already know about us. Pleasant Nytemares will truly rule the underground metal scene with our mixed breed of gothic metal, heavy metal, death metal, and our slight hint of punk behind it all.
