November 6, I claimed the instructional materials at UP Manila. After reading the course guide, I am planning to withdraw the subject since it requires me to have my own website. I was intimidated since I don't know even how to set up web servers and has elementary skills in building web pages.      A week later, I research free URLs and with the help of my  IT friends, building personal web site at ease me. Couple of weeks, I have my very own web site. Applause!      The Golden Rule, because I am refering generally Ethics. I perceived the Golden Rule of Plato as the simplest but has a straightforward approach to ethics. I can say... It is foundation. I call my site, 'The Golden Rule' to possess distinction.      Finally, I am proud of UPOU for having IS201 passion of learning in a way of giving an impressive and encouraging insights of Web IS. It motivates me to Web development.
