| TEACHER SURVEY: TECHNOLOGY IN OUR SCHOOLS The following questions are to fulfill a section of a graduate education glass. The information provided will be solely for the purpose of the class. No personal data will be released; it will be strictly for in-class verification. With the insurgence of the Internet and computers into today's lifestyle, school systems are being encouraged to incorporate new, modern tools into their classrooms. Do you, as a teacher, use computers and/or the Internet in your classroom or in preparation for your class? If yes, how? 2. Some opponents to using these new "tools" are afraid that they may deter students from properly learning the 'basics', e.g.: reading, writing and arithmetic. Do you see technology as a help or hindrance? Do you think this is an area that needs to be further developed or researched before it is accepted 'open arms' into the classroom environment? 3.
