Breanne Brislenn is pro-choice and thus approves of abortion, but not when it's used as a form of birth control. In the Supreme Court case of Roe vs. Wade it was stipulated that the decision of abortion is left only to the woman and her physician, but only during the first trimester. During the second and third trimesters abortion is only legal if the mother's life in danger medically. Also, many children that are born to unwilling mothers end up in the foster care system and untimitly lead unfulfilled lives. Breanne states, "I respect the woman who recognizes that she isn't ready to support or care for a child much more than the woman who adds yet another child to the already over-populated foster care system."
