This was a 62 year old woman who presented the office with her reported episode of iritis. She had been complaining intermittent redness and soreness of this eye for the past several months and finally had a dramatic increase in pain which prompted her arrival at the Emergency Department.

On Day 1, The usual Tropicamide 1% x2 did little to dilate this eye. IOP was 13mm. See the progression of the broken synechiae from Day 3 to Day
