1 week Case History: This is a hypothetical case. A 55 year old male presents from the ED after a 2 week scratch from a tree branch Painful and HM at 3 feet vision, OS.
A
corneal scraping of the ulcer revealed a fusarium fungal infection
and the patient was started on Natamycin 200mg q2hours; Ciloxan, q 1 hour;
Cyclopentolate, 1%, TID, Fluconazole, 300mg, daily.
Questions:
