
Retinal Photo, Same day as ER presentation
Case History:
This is a 37 year woman who had presented to the Emergency Department with a 2 week history of poor vision in each eye. Upon presentation
that morning, her BP was ??? and with vigorous medical management it was reduced to ????. The physical examination of the right eye was remarkable for HM vision, an afferent pupil
and significant hemorrhages, exudates and disc edema. The fellow eye was
also HM with the pupil spared. The retinal picture was similar to
the right eye
