Case History: A 38 year old woman presents from the Emergency Department c/o red painful left eye and gradual loss of vision over the past 2 weeks. Pain is measured at 8/10, with some light sensitivity but no photophobia. There is no h/o organ transplant, major surgery, eye trauma, recent eye surgery or any systemic medications. 
Physical Examination: Best vision is OD 20/25 and OS CF 6 feet on day 1. CF 3 ft on Day 7. IOP OD 15 OS 36. OS Flare #4 and Cells #3+. Iris immobile. Gonio - wide open angles.
