Case History: A 52 - year old woman presents from the Emergency Department experiencing a 1 day onset of painful lesions on the left side of the nose, forehead, check and scalp. The lids and lashes are normal in appearance. The bulbar conjunctiva is injected. The corneas are clear. The IOP's are normal. f Questions: What do you think this is? What is your management? |
