Research Assistant
This was an intern position as a research assistant working on the Cheyenne River Habitat Assessment. I was the director of the caving program for Summer Camp. I was responsible for creating a program to accommodate an average of 40 scouts per week, and plan guided trips for an average 70 cavers per week. I also established a cave training plan. Training focused on safety, cave conservation, and ethics. Scouts were also taught about cave geology and hydrology, and had the opportunity to learn about cave maps and mapping skills.
