Match #1 - J2 and JLF vs Josh Foley and Mystery partner
J2 and JLF took on Josh Foley and a surprise partner. Foley came to the ring alone and got right in the commissioners face. Foley was frantic and wanted to know who his partner was. Ted Venom did not disappoint. The familiar music hit and to the ring ran what appeared to be Hyper-active "Franchise" Steven Styles. Foley at first did not like the idea one bit as the two men had gone toe to toe only one month ago. Foley threatened Venom and reluctantly took his place in the match alongside his rival Styles.
J2 and JLF put forth a valiant effort but in the end Foley and Styles were just too much for the rookie duo to handle. Styles had J2 down for the pin when JLF tried to make the save. Foley took that opportunity to destroy JLF with a severe shoulder to the mid-section. Something along the lines of a Rhyno "Gore" or Goldberg "Spear". 1-2-3 Josh Foley and Steven Styles come out on top.
Commissioner Ted Venom then made his way to the ring to announce that the match that was slated for the Lightweight title could not take place between Damien black and Vulture, therefore the lightweight title would remain vacant for a little while longer. Vulture made his way to the ring and stated his case as to why he should be given the title since Damien Black could not make it to the show. Ted Venom decide that was not going to happen and that Vulture would have to earn it. Venom called for anyone in the back who wanted to make Vulture earn the belt. 50 Cent blasted over the PA system and out came none other than Damien Black's tag team partner Madd Rapper Mike. Words were exchanged and Venom made the match.
Match #2 - Madd Rapper Mike vs Vulture for Lightweight Title
Both combatants went right at each other from the start, pulling out all the stops to try and rip the title from each others grasp. The extremely vocal crowd was treated to an amazing display of what a lightweight championship battle should be. Both men took to the air as if it were the most comfortable place for them to be. It appeared as if Rapper had the match won when the referee got caught in the middle and knocked out cold. While the ref struggled to regain his senses Josh Foley ran in from the back and attacked Rapper. This attack was all that Vulture needed to give him the edge and the 1-2-3. New RCW lightweight champion Vulture. After the match Madd Rapper Mike was understandably frustrated with the sadistic Josh Foley. He grabbed the mic and let everybody know about it. He proceeded to ask Commissioner Venom for a hardcore fight with Foley for later in the show. Rapper asked the fans if they wanted to see hardcore and they erupted with excitement. Venom, always one to try and make the crowd happy, made the match. Foley vs Rapper. Hardcore.
Match #3 - RCW Tag Team Title match
Primetime Players vs Dante Priest and RCW Champion Adrian Walls
To start off the match the Primetime Players decided they didn't want any part of the duo of Priest and Walls. They decided that it would be better if they got counted out and went home. The referee decided to instruct the Players that they would lose their belts if counted out. This statement upset the Primetime Players but they laughed it off saying that the referee doesn't have thee power to make stipulations. Commissioner Venom then grabbed the microphone. He stated that the Players were indeed correct that the referee could not make stipulations, but he could and he did. That got things rolling on the tag title match. The Primetime players got off to a quick start, hitting RCW Champion Adrian Walls with a tandem vertical suplex in which they used the top rope as a slingshot to plant Walls to the canvas just that much harder. Priest and Walls appeared to be working together well when out of the blue, Dante Priest attacked Adrian Walls allowing the Primetime Players to get the easy 1-2-3 and retain their tag team titles. Priest began berating Walls verbally, taunting him and warning that he wanted what he claims is his, the RCW Championship. Walls eventually recovered and the two combatants fought tooth and nail to the back.
Match #4 - Brother vs Sister grudge match
Rey Del Mundo vs RCW Women's Champion Storm
Storm came into this match with a lot of confidence and a score to settle. She gained her major boost of confidence the last time RCW came to Smoky Lake when she defeated Pyro to become the RCW women's champion. Automatically both fighters had a score to settle due to the fact that they are brother and sister and do not like that fact. The fans were witness to an excellent display of technical wrestling from this brother and sister combination. Del Mundo and Storm are both products of some excellent training including but not limited to Tex Gaines, Bill Yates as well as Stampede Wrestling sensation "Bulldog" Harry Smith. Del Mundo dazzled the crowd with a combination of rolling Side Russian leg sweeps. He was setting up for a third when Storm reversed with a back flip to escape. Storm was starting to mount a serious comeback when the overwhelming size disadvantage became very clear. Rey Del Mundo clamped his massive hand around his sister's throat and delivered what I like to call the Del Mundo-Drop. 1-2-3 and Rey Del Mundo has come out victorious in his last two appearances in RCW. He also felt it necessary to tell everyone about it too. He demanded a title shot for winning two matches in a row. Time will tell if he gets one.
Match #5 - Hardcore Battle
Madd Rapper Mike vs Josh Foley
Tension was high in anticipation for this hardcore showdown between Madd Rapper and Josh Foley. Rapper had a legitimate beef with Foley after he cost him his chance at the lightweight title. Ted Venom took to the ring to announce a special surprise referee. None other than Foley's partner from earlier in the night "Franchise" Steven Styles. While Rapper's music hit Foley stood ready and waiting for him to come out of the curtain. Madd Rapper Mike came streaking through the crowd and attacked Foley from behind. This seemed to set the tone for the match. Rapper threw everything he had and more at the big man. Rolling thunder on a steel chair outside the ring. Springboard moonsault on a steel chair inside the ring. Foley responded with a steel chair to the head of Rapper and pummeled him with a chain around his fist. Foley took the fight outside and launched Madd Rapper into the ringside seats, clearing the fans and almost landing on one. Foley decided it was time to take to the air. Foley climbed onto the stage and launched himself off in true hardcore style. Fortunately Rapper managed to muster enough strength and presence of mind to get out of the way. The two went at it tooth and nail back into the ring where Madd Rapper Mike eventually scored the 1-2-3 after hitting his version of the van-terminator. Winner Madd Rapper Mike.
Match #6 - Fatal 4-way for the RCW Championship
Mauler vs Boris Von Fit vs Dante Priest vs RCW Champion Adrian Walls
The match for the title was fought using elimination rules. The last person standing would win the title. All four men put together an excellent match which saw it all. A complete demonstration of power by Mauler in which not one, not even two men could shoulder tackle him off his feet. It looked bleak for the three smaller competitors who are in fact larger then most normal people. From out of nowhere Boris Von Fit reached down and pulled strength from who knows where and delivered a urinagi slam to the 320lb plus Mauler. All three opponents then dog piled on Mauler for the three count to eliminate the big man. With mauler out of the way we were down to three. It didn't take Vulture long to make his first impact since his championship win. Vulture made his way down to ringside to catch the action. Meanwhile Von Fit appeared to have the match well at hand. Von Fit had set up Dante Priest for a jumping jack elbow. As he jumped over Dante and set himself in the ropes, Vulture reached out and grabbed his leg. This interference caused Von Fit to lose concentration on Priest who rolled him up with a school boy and a fist full of tights for the 1-2-3. We were now down to Adrian Walls and Dante Priest. Walls had a lot to prove to the former RCW champion, and prove it he did. Dante Priest appeared to be in control and about to deliver a final blow to the champ when Walls reversed it and hit a shining wizard for the 1-2-3 and the victory. Still RCW Champion Adrian Walls.
