October 15, 2004  Smoky Lake, AB

The return to Smoky Lake, always a hot spot for RCW, was a big one!  The fans were in high anticipation of the scheduled 2/3 falls match between RCW Heavyweight Champion Adrian Walls and nemesis Dante Priest.  The show also had several returns and a lightweight title match!

The opening bout saw Danny Manners and the ever popular "Y3K" Damon Mercury make their Smoky Lake returns in a quick paced match.  After several close nearfalls by Mercury, Manners was able to garner a rollup and victory.

The wild Damion (formerly Josh Foley) defeated Shattered Nyte in a tough brawl.  Thje two fought tooth and nail, Shattered Nyte using his power to keep Damion grounded until the tag team champion was able to erupt, hitting a gore on Nyte for the pinfall.

Formerly a hated man, Vulture showed a new side, playing up to the fans for his Light Heavyweight Title match against challenger Sweet Daddy D.  The Primetime Player was relentless, using his ringside partner, Bad Boy Jay as a distraction more then once.  The technically sound match was only marred when Jay distracted the referee, allowing Sweet Daddy D to plaster Vulture with the belt and pick up the win!  New Light Heavyweight Champion: Sweet Daddy D!

Steven Styles, the other half of the tag team champions and Bad Boy Jay fought to a no contest when both their partners became involved in a wild brawl.  The match was eventually thrown out, the referee unable to get control!

The RCW Heavyweight Championship match was next and it did not disappoint.  Dante Priest and Adrian Walls were very familiar to each other and it showed.  Both kicked out of each other's biggest moves, engaging in a war of attrition.  Priest kicked out of a Blue Thunder Powerbomb, Stunner and Shining Wizard, getting a great response for it.  To everyone's shock, Danny Manners showed up at ringside, depositing a chair at ringside.  Adrian Walls, seemingly out of frustration, used the distraction and PLASTERED Priest with the chair, pinning him for the first fall as the fans of Smoky Lake booed!  A  scary look came over his face and picking up Dante Priest, Walls pinned him with the Adrianic Spike, winning the match in a quick 2 falls!

After the match a melee ensued as Manners and Walls pounded Priest.  Damon Mercury attempted the save, the Prime Time Players cutting him off!  The locker room emptied and when the smoke was cleared, commissioner Ted Venom stripped Adrian Walls of the title, citing that cheating would not go over, not in a title match!  Using his power, he made a ten man elimination tag match, the sole survivor becoming the next RCW Heavyweight Champion!

The tag match was spectacular, many calling it the best match in RCW's history.  It opened in equally spectacular fashion as Vulture, Dante Priest and Damon Mercury all his successive suicide dives onto their opponents!  Sweet Daddy D was able to eliminate Damion first, using an AMAZING double jump springboard moonsault to get the pin!  Vulture got a measure of revenge, eliminating D from the match.  Damon Mercury went out next, pinned by the much larger Bad Boy Jay.  Adrian Walls brought his team one step closer, submitting Steven Styles with the STF.  Vulture then went on a tear, eliminating both Danny Manners and Shattered Nyte only to be eliminated by Walls, the former champion using the ropes for extra leverage.   It came down to Walls and Priest, Priest finally getting the pin by countering a Shining Wizard into the Inferno (fireman's carry into a spinning diamond cutter) to get the win and become NEW RCW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!

The rest of his team celebrated with him, another successful show in the books.
