All puppies/dogs that are placed in show homes agree to enter into the confonformation ring no less than ten (10) shows within one year from date of purchase. Please initaial here ______________ stating you understand the terms. All puppies/dogs that are placed in homes for hunt test purposes agree to earn the title of Junior Hunter by the time the puppy has reached two (2) years of age, or or the adult has been with your for one (1) year. Basic training will be done at DEW-WEL KENNELS if it is within traveling distance. Please initial here ______________stating you understand the terms. That said puppy/dog shall recieve adequate and proper veterinary care throughout his/her lifetime and all inoculations maintained to ensure preventive health care, this includes heartworm medication. That Buyer promptly notifies Seller of any address change or phone number change by Buyer. The Buyer agrees to notify the Seller of any titles completed as determined by AKC, UKC, CKC, GRCA, NAVAHDA<,NAHRA, INTERNATIONAL and the GSP PARENT CLUB. That if puppy/adult is lost or stolen or cause of death you must notify Seller. That all puppy/adult that are purchased for non-competition homes or for pet's will be spayed /neutered and will be sold on limited registration. AND IF IN TIME THE BUYER WANTS TO BREED, AFTER THE FEMALE HAS PROVEN SHE IS A GOOD SPECIMEN AND WILL ADD SOMETHING TO THE BREED.....THE BREEDING MUST BE APPROVED BY SELLER. A fifty (50) dollar refund will be given back when proof of apying/neutering is provided . All refunds that are not asked to be returned will go to Tillie's Place GSP Rescue to hel-p defer spaying/neutering costs of the rescue dogs.That in order for Seller to maintain quality breeding program, Buyer agrees to obtain an OFA evaluation for hips and elbows of the dog not later than twenty-four (24) months of age. If said dog is determined to be defective from hereditary standpoint. Buyer must contact Seller and advise Seller of such, along with a written verification from your veterinarian. As these puppies are guaranteed against hip defects (dysplasia) heart defects, if such a case exists arrangements will be made to replace your puppy. I will ask that you spay or neuter if not already done, as I am sure you will want to keep your cherished pet, if not I will take and keep here at my kennel. Only dogs that are proven defective because of hereditary problems will be replaced or refunded... If you the owner have caused the injury you are responsible and I the breeder will not replace the dog. That this dog shall not be used for purpose of vivisection and not sold or to a wholesale establishment or any chain store, catalog house, pet store or to a "puppy mill", this puppy/adult is not to be raffled for any purpose. Seller warrants and agrees that he/she is lawful owner of the dog, that dog is free of all encumbrances, that he/she has the right to see same, and that he/she will warrant and defend the title to the dog, from lawful claims. The Buyer has read and understands the foregoing and agrees that all parts and portions therefore constitute a binding agreement. This contract constitutes the entire agreement of the partieshereto eo;; with respect to sale herein.
