Reviews of Denver Restaurants and their veggie friendliness

There is nothing I dislike more about restaurants with no veggie options on the menu.  If there are, chances are it is a plate of pasta primavera in alfredo sauce. Yuck. Contrary to myth, vegetarian does not mean boring. As more and more people are realizing the dangers of a diet that is laden with antibiotics and growth hormones and reconstituted cannibalized infected cow brain, more restaurants are going to have to get with the program.  Here is my one-woman missive to get restaurants into the 21st century. Below are some reviews, either my own or plagarized from the newspapers, that support my position.  Below are reviews of local restaurants and their veggie-friendliness.
