Reviews of Denver Restaurants and their veggie friendliness
There is nothing I dislike more about restaurants with no veggie options on the menu.  If there are, chances are it is a plate of pasta primavera in alfredo sauce. Yuck.
Contrary to myth, vegetarian does not mean boring.
As more and more people are realizing the dangers of a diet that is laden with antibiotics and growth hormones and reconstituted cannibalized infected cow brain, more restaurants are going to have to get with the program.  Here is my one-woman missive to get restaurants into the 21st century.

Below are some reviews, either my own or plagarized from the newspapers, that support my position.  Below are reviews of local restaurants and their veggie-friendliness.
"Certainly, a sort of industrial use of creatures, so that geese are fed in such a way as to produce as large a liver as possible, or hens live so packed together that they become just caricatures of birds, this degrading of living creatures to a commodity seems to me in fact to contradict the relationship of mutuality that comes across in the Bible."
Surprisingly, this was said by the new pope, Benedict XVI
