Step ONE: Fill Out The Form
(when you do this you will get an email with all the info you need before i add you to the queue. however the HTML you recieve in it is not to my taste. Step TWO contains the HTML i RATHER you use, but go ahead and use the preset non-graphical one if you want)

Step 2: the Code
please insert this code after filling out the form. check to see if the code you recieve in your email when you sign the form matches the code below. This is only an example to show you what MINE looks like. For instance, you must change the site id number from "1" to your number, and likewise change the email address to your own. But thats all you'll need to change!

Where it says "id=1" just replace the "1" with your ID number which will be mailed to you. Also replace where my email address is "SMG777@webtv.net" with yours, and replace my name "Steve" with yours. 8)

i will automatically test to see if when you put the code above up it works, but i have to know to quickly move you from queue into the ring list. Also, i want to know if anything is wrong with anything. Thank you very much. 8O)
